I SHOULD NOT have to suggest this because this should be common sense....
I, Tiffany Semeper, Dragon of the West, The Messiah of the fire nation, The FIRELORD, suggest that water should not be bended in the nether because you cannot place water in the nether.

Why do we need this? or What made you post this suggestion?
We need this because water benders are extremely good even out of water and even in the DEPTHS OF HELL? Absolutely not!

What are the possible negative aspects of your suggestions?
    Nothing.

What are the positive aspects of your suggestion?
The good thing about this suggestion is that waterbenders will burn.

How can this suggestions be achieved on the server?
This can be done by not letting water-benders bend in the nether.

Should a Waterbender be able to Bloodbend in the nether? And also what about the WaterEnergy, Purify and Corrupt moves?
What about someone's sweat in the nether? I suppose it would turn into steam, I bet a Waterbender could still bend that though, and use the same technique to turn water into ice, turning steam into water. There's inevitably water in the nether as steam, and that can allow for Waterbending.

I can agree that Icebending in the nether is a stretch though, perhaps just Icebending could be disabled in the nether world?

If waterbenders can control the phase of water, they should be able to keep it cool in the nether.
