    What is your suggestion?
I suggest that WaterEnergy's damage be decreased by 1.
1 point of damage removed in configs will remove a full heart from the move overall as the beam attack often hits twice.
Basically 4 hearts damage changed to 3 hearts.

Why do we need this? or What made you post this suggestion?
I'm a huge fan of WaterEnergy and It's quite instantly become my second favourite move in all bending, loving it, but some people complain to me that it's OP, or atleast that's what i'm gathering. And I suppose I agree, although I'd very much like to see the votes here.
WaterEnergy deals 2 hearts twice, by decreasing the config damage by 1 (0.5 hearts), the overall damage of the move will be reduced from 4 hearts to 3 hearts.
3 hearts is more consistent with other moves of similar charge-up times.

What are the possible negative aspects of your suggestion?
The bad thing about this suggestion is WaterEnergy will do slightly less damage.

What are the positive aspects of your suggestion?
The good thing about this suggestion is WaterEnergy may become more balanced.

How can this suggestions be achieved on the server?
    Configs:
    BendingConfigs / projectkorra config.yml (Line 1453)
    Damage: 3 (Currently/Was 4)

Removing it isn't a good solution to fix an op move. Nerfing it is more reasonable.
+1 I agree it does need a nerf (yes I use it) but I can tell it needs a nerf and is too powerful.

+1 100% agree this move needs a nerf, either make the cool down longer or make it do less damage
