Worth a try, you're clearly passionate, kudos to you dude, some great points added here :) +1
The war plugin doesn't support this
yeah either way the concept is the same, something new needs to be implemented and i see the old CA map a step in the right direction.
+1 I Agree completely, you make great points in this talking about the attitude of new players' when they join. For anyone who didn't read the whole thing or skipped over this part, Bucktooth talks about how new players will join skyflag because either they don't know about the other gamemodes or are just put off by the fact no one plays anything but skyflag unless asked to go to other gamemodes. Around 70 or 75% of new player, (e.g. Guests or Members returning) have left due to how boring skyflag can get with bowspam and spawncamping, not that I am complaining about spawncamping, as I do a bit of it myself usually on bowspamming guests, and then I don't use my kit. Well put together forum post. I'd love to see CA get a revamp.
Could someone just like accept this, it have been on here for ages and everyone is just ignoring the hard work buck has put into this. At least give it some attention.
dw lets just be patient and see where this goes.
+1 Really like the idea (being honest I didn't read the whole thing...) I think you were a bit harsh on the new map, it has its merits I think spreading the players out which is fun when it's busy, admittedly not very often, but I did love the old map. Maybe someone could revamp it by detailing the two bases but I would have no objection to it just being put back in or the current one being made smaller.
Yeah maybe i might've been a little harsh but the player count should be taken into consideration which is why the old ca map would be ideal. Even when there is a reasonable player count, the old map still played very well.
I mentioned why adding a new map is a much better option than detailing the current map. I would urge you to read the whole thing to get a better understanding but thanks for the feedback.
A lot of effort put into this, I really enjoy the idea for all the reasons you mentioned and I think this would greatly influence the community in a positive way
